Your Role as a Back Office Manager

As our Back Office Manager, you will be the backbone supporting Igor in his day-to-day activities across management, administration, projects, bookings, and logistics. Your goal is to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes:

- Inbox Management: Daily monitoring and responding to emails, ensuring quick and proactive communication.

- Administrative Support: Processing purchase invoices, generating contracts and sales invoices for shows, and managing contacts.

- Planning and Organization: Coordinating travel arrangements, booking flights, and creating detailed itineraries.

- Prioritization and Oversight: Keeping an organized overview and setting priorities effectively.

- Financial Support: Assisting with finance tasks like preparing documents for the accountant and handling invoicing.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

- Enjoys working from home and prefers a flexible schedule.
- Has at least 5-10 hours of availability spread throughout the week.
- Has excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written.
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented with strong administrative skills.
- Is a quick learner who enjoys mastering new software systems.
- Can efficiently plan and coordinate, handling tasks like booking travel and creating itineraries.
- Is punctual, reliable, and maintains a clear overview of tasks.
- Is great at prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
- Has a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
