Who supports Igor with all Day to Day activities in all facets: management, administration, projects and bookings.
You move fast, smart, integrated, but with your eyes on the prize at all times. In other words sparing Igor completely:
• Point of contact
• Agenda management: bookings, logistics, planning, etc.
• Taking minutes of meetings and meetings.
• Telephony, mail and mail handling, manage mailboxes.
• Administrative support for contracts customers, suppliers, insurance, maintaining database contacts, etc.
• Communication with customers and external parties.
• Support for the financial administration and planning: processing purchase invoices, preparing sales invoices, submitting documents for the accountant, etc.
• Content and marketing support.
• Production activities: organizing, booking flights, (technical) preparation, etc.
• Support in research and editing in the field of marketing, media and tech.
Who is responsible, accountable, deeply passionate, compassionate and empathetic because you love the magic of collaboration and get the power of personal branding and reputation. We are looking for someone with the following skills:
• At least 5+ years of experience in a similar position.
• HBO working and thinking level.
• Strong communication skills in word and writing, in both Dutch and English.
• Accurate and precise.
• Proficient in Office 365 and Social Media.
• Experienced in artist management and or events.
• Proactive: approach, meeting deadlines, great sense of responsibility. Show must go on mentality.
• Self-motivating team-player, able to perform under pressure.
• A flexible attitude and willing to work irregular working hours.
• Living in (near) Amsterdam.
• Affinity with djs, speakers, events, marketing, media and tech.
• A dynamic position in an inspiring and international environment.
• Working from home and a face2face meeting when needed in Amsterdam.
• Room for personal developments.

• 20 hours a week, spread over 5 half-days during business hours from Monday-Friday.
This position is a first of its kind, entry-level position working remotely. Please note that this is a temporary and parttime position for a period of 3-6 months.
The conclusion of the temporary role there is the potential to be considered for a long-term role. This will be a freelance position or by payrolling and will not initially be eligible for benefits.
